Airush Load Frame V4 featuring WebTech

The Airush Load Frame featuring WebTech sets the ultimate benchmark in durability without compromising on weight.

By expanding our exclusive Load Frame with WebTech throughout the areas normally occupied by Dacron, we minimize or completely remove the heavier fabric and utilize the Ballistic high-modulus polyethylene web fibers instead – increasing strength and minimizing weight.

Integrated High Modulus Polyethylene Yarns

Lightweight Ultra High Modulus yarns, central to the Load Frame, carry loads of up to 40kg each. These yarns act as a lightweight web that absorbs energy under load, similar to a spider web.

Reinforced taping integrates these yarns into the canopy, allowing them to elongate under extreme load. This absorbs most of the shock that traditionally would have run through the canopy while carrying the primary load to prevent stretch and improve long-term performance.

This premium fabric features a high-density structure using high-tenacity double-coated polyester yarn in a double ripstop configuration. The double coating protects the yarn from UV and abrasion damage, ensuring the canopy remains crisp and responsive for as long as possible.

This exceptional material works with the Airush Load Frame, delivering the ultimate combination of durability and performance.

XL Inflate/Deflate Valve

The XL Inflate/Deflate Valve provides an easy and fast way to inflate and deflate your kite. Its large opening creates maximum airflow and reduces fatigue and stress on your pump. This, combined with the Airush High Velocity pump, ensures you can inflate your kite quickly and hit the water faster.

Airush Bumpers

Airush Bumpers, found throughout the leading edge of the kites, reduce wear and increase durability on rough surfaces. These bumpers significantly extend the lifespan of Airush kites.

Kevlar Reinforcement

Kevlar, a material used in bulletproof vests, reinforces critical areas of the Airush kites. These Kevlar Reinforcements protect against wear while minimizing weight to maintain optimal kite performance.

SPS & FBI

The oversized SPS valve (Single Point Inflation System) optimizes inflation and deflation. The Fast Bladder Inflation (FBI) includes thicker walls and oversized tubing, eliminating tube kinks, reducing pump stress, and enabling quick and easy inflation. The SPS cover supports the tubing, limiting UV damage and preventing over-flexing when packing.

Rear Line Adjustment

The Rear Line Adjustment on all Airush kites allows riders to quickly change bar pressure and response. Adjusting towards “High” increases bar pressure and decreases turning speed, while moving towards the rear of the wingtip decreases bar pressure and increases turning speed.

Smaller kites offer three bar pressure settings, while larger kites provide Medium and Low bar pressure options.

V3.2 Bridle System

The V3.2 bridle ensures the kite maintains steering even when completely de-powered, significantly increasing the usable wind range and overall performance while adding immense safety benefits.

The bridle attachment points on the LE of the kite, combined with V pulleys, provide lighter yet direct steering, allowing riders to feel the kite’s position while riding. Refinements to the bridle design reduced its length without compromising performance.

Waste 2 Wear recycles 100% post-consumer plastic bottles into eco-friendly fabrics. This unique process transforms environmentally damaging waste into usable, sustainable yarns. These recycled yarns combine with natural fibers to create eco-friendly fabrics for garments, home textiles, and accessories.
